Acquisition Manager Job Description

The Acquisition Manager is responsible for finding, evaluating and purchasing single-family homes. This includes directing marketing efforts, establishing relationships with potential sellers and wholesalers, completing financial analyses and negotiating.

  • Develop acquisition lead sources
  • Follow up with all acquisition leads
  • Build relationships with Wholesalers, real estate agents, and real estate investors
  • Develop, Implement and Test Marketing campaigns to find motivated sellers
  • Complete initial comps, repair estimate and deal analysis to determine offer
  • Meet with sellers to make offers and negotiate with sellers to put property under contract based off the estimated repairs and research
  • Order inspections, review results with PM – renegotiate as necessary
  • Creating Property Folder and upload appropriate Documents into our system
  • Follow our proven system of making offers on properties
  • Send Contract and Repair Estimate to Project Manager and Lender (as directed by Integrator)
  • Complete loan request form & submit to Integrator
  • Request Title Search (auction)
  • Start Lawn care Service
  • Schedule Insurance
  • Schedule property inspections
  • Work closely with Transaction Coordinator to prepare and provide all necessary documents for a successful closing of property
  • Coordinating Closing for FPG and Seller

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience of Sales Experience
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency – Word, Excel PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
  • Valid driver license
  • Reliable vehicle

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Marketing
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales
  • Persuasion, Negotiation and Closing Skills
Compensation: Salary + Bonus = $30,000-$80,000
